With sincere gratitude, it's been my good fortune to work with this team of talented personnel located in New York and Ukraine. I have very little knowledge of Quickbooks, and that knowledge dates back to 1993 (so it was basically worth nothing except name recognition). Tatyana A. taught me much about QBO, so a HUGE thank you to her and her Ukraine team. Her responses are always timely, accurate, and explain more than was asked for, which I totally appreciate. And, they are proactive, not reactive. In other words ... I rely on them, trust them, they make my job easy. And of course, I can't say enough about their professionalism and commitment. A huge shout out to Sarada Junquera here in the states. She, too, has always been available when we need extra help. You are a wonderful group to work with!!!!
